Post - Bachelor Degree in food safety for individuals with a prior earned degree who wish to be prepared for certification and special qualifications as highly-competent professional. Universities and entities in North America provide a 100+ hour intensive program addressing the food supply chain defense and safety. Example program includes learning - experience modules.

Module I - 24+ hours duration

  • Interpretation of the Technical Specification HACCP MS (CODEX)
  • "PERM" (BRS) principles to prevent, reduce, eliminate, mitigate
  • Updating HACCP initiatives

Module IIA - 24 Hours Quality - Labeling - Traceability, cGMP

Module IIB - 16-hours duration

  • Workshop in HACCP | "Food Defense" [with CARVER + Shock (for C-TPAT) method]

Module III - 16-hours duration

  • Interpretation of FSMS ISO 22000 plus Documentation and Implementation

Module IV - 24+ hours duration

  • Audit | Assessment Team Leader FSMS ISO 22000

The program provides the necessary competence to qualify and advance to certification as a professional in food safety, food quality and food protection within the food-supply-chain. You receive a unique serialized diploma - certificate.
