This can also send a message and hopefully a domino effect to lumber suppliers and retailers worldwide that it's not acceptable the selling of wood products made from old-growth trees. This decisive policy also sends a message Bank of America has been saying during the the decade of the 90´s "it's good business to be environmentally responsible, knowing and respecting that customers want their service providers and suppliers with organisation´s that support their beliefs in the best interest of communities, region and global village."
Still many others purchase and sell wood derived from disappearing forests and rainforests. This products, will also personally unsafe are cedar shingles and Douglas fir lumber from our own backyards in
