This page is to objectively assist you in the selection of a registration body or registrar for certification of your organisation's management system. Please note that BULLTEK LTD does not endorse any one specific registrar or registration body, as this is an informative site - upon requesting assistance with selection our policy requires we present you with a minimum of three (3) registration bodies or registrars. For inclusion to our list a registrar - registration body must meet the following criteria: 

Customer Satisfaction - We have verified with client / customers, through either personal contact or phone conversation, level of satisfaction given prior to, during and throughout registration. Also we verify for other such as auditors meeting registrar requirements such as IRCA, RvA recognition, IPS, IEMA, BRS, UKAS, RABQSA, CEPA and others internationally recognised during assessment - audits.

Ethics -We have verified for issues or practices that are ethical assuring not jeopardizing your registration, such as; (a) performing audits with auditors in training and billing the organisation... (b) providing consulting or in-house training and registration to the same organisation, and (c) providing excessive number of audits in a period of 12 months (as ethics code dictates construe as consulting).

Note: If your organization provides certification and consulting as welll in-house training and advice, inclusive to a specific given region, please need not to apply for inclusion to the list of recommended registration bodies and registrars. The previously indicated actions may not fulfill the requirements of the criteria herein under ethics (and integrity). Equally applicable to direct of organizations conducting certification, affiliates such as part of holding companies.

Following the international accreditation requirements and scheme (see ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/TS 22003, ISO/IEC 27006 and other relating requirements such as ISO/IEC 17024:2003 - Listed are registrars and registration bodies that we have verified the integrity of the accreditation and which does not jeopardize your certificate of registration. The validity of your certificate, if these bodies do not follow the international accreditation requirements (e.g. RvA, SCC, UKAS, DAR or other IAF signatory bodies with MultiLateral Agreement (MLA), see column on right) and protocol, as set by the standards published by the International Organisation for Standardisation.

E.g. We verify that a Registration Body or Registrar's business units (of a centralized registration body) operations follows practices and operating criteria as set by International Standards). Also we verify that that these bodies do not provide consulting to the same organization under registration, construe as conflict of interest.

There is no specific preference in the order that the registrars and registration bodies are shown.

From time-to-time we receive inquiries requesting inclusion to our list, and provide meet the requirements set-forth above, we update this portal. In order for us to provide continuous updates that the requesting registrar or registration body requests needs to provide at least two references client-companies in whichever country or region your are requesting inclusion. Since we provide this service free of charge, we will verify this references on the basis of the aforementioned criteria and within a time that logistically allow us to verify. We reserve the right to inclusion and we may verify with companies others than those presented for verification.

The list of Registrars / Registration Bodies need be operating under accreditation protocol by Internationally accreditation bodies such as RvA, SCC, UKAS, ANSI...

Please contact us through e-mail, fax or phone for additional information. Free of charge, you may also request us to research for your specific type of industry (this request can be focuse on your company's type of industry), product/service and/or market objectives. We are to provide objective information.
