For inclusion to our listing an accreditation system /
platform registrar and/or certification - registration body must meet the following criteria: Customer Satisfaction - We have verified with client / customers, through either personal contact or phone conversation, level of satisfaction given prior to, during and throughout certification - registration. Also we verify that audit teams meet the requirements set forth by the specific management system on the basis of ISO/IEC 17021... and that their competence is internationally and generally accepted to conduct assessment - audits in adhering to international expectations. Ethics
and others - We have verified for issues or practices to assure acceptable ethics and integrity and its purpose. This means that their specific protocols carry and assure a valid purpose to
end-customers. These includes that certificate through registration bodies, such as: (a) performing audits with no competence, inclusive auditors in training with billing; (b) while permitted we consider
conflict of interest, the issue of providing consulting, in-house training, administration of the in-house program, and combination of previous to the same organization under registration -
certification; (c) conducting an excessive number of audits within a period of 12 months [as ethics code dictates and is construe as consulting, the reasonable limit and expectation is three (3)
annum] as a mean to increase unethical billing, and (d) creation of compulsory schemes to create a business need by propitiating compulsory consulting and certification.
Note: If your organization provides certification and consulting as well in-house training and advice, please do need not request inclusion to the list of recommended certification -
registration bodies and registrars, regardless if accreditation has officially been granted with combination of consulting and certification.
